I love baking for my family and the guests in my holiday apartment. I have made this fantastic raspberry cake this weekend. For the topping, I mixed raspberries and gooseberries, which I had picked from my garden. Under the topping is a layer of mascarpone and sour cream, into which i also put fresh lemon juice.

 

I made the cake yesterday and put it in the fridge for one night. Today we had it for coffee and half of it has already been eaten by my family :).

 

So rush to the next supermarket, buy the ingredients and try to make it yourself! Your friends and family will love you :)
